CTown (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) is a corporation organized under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (HKJ). CTown is an online delivery service that enables consumers to purchase items from nearby merchants and have these items delivered to their doorstep.

Using our Services means buying/ordering services or products from any of our branches or subsidiaries over the phone, in-store, or online; using any of our platforms including websites or mobile applications; and taking part in our promotions & competitions.

To comply with regulatory, tax, accounting, and legal requirements in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (HKJ), transactional data (order history, invoices, payment records) is kept for a period of up to 5 years or as mandated by law. After this period, the data is anonymized or permanently destroyed.
You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated personal data from CTown at any time. When you request data deletion, we will delete all personal profile data, delivery addresses, and settings from our active databases, and anonymize any residual logs or purchase histories.
1. Inside the Mobile App: Log in to the CTown Mobile App, tap the More tab (Profile screen), tap Settings, scroll down to the bottom, select Delete Account, and confirm your request.

We use cookies, session IDs, and web beacons to understand browsing behaviors, store session information (so you don't have to log in repeatedly), and offer personalized services. You can adjust your device or browser settings to block cookies, though this may disable certain application features.
We accept online card payments (Visa and MasterCard) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Card transactions are processed securely via the CyberSource gateway. CTown does not store or process your credit/debit card numbers in our systems. All communication is encrypted with secure HTTPS protocols to protect against external attacks.
Your supermarket products will be delivered on the same day during the selected slot, operating from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Delivery is restricted to the specific address defined on the order. You can manage multiple addresses in the "My Account" or "Address Book" sections of the app/website.
Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here. Major changes will be communicated via app notification or email.
